If you remember from our previous post, this is the place.
We scrambled all over this whole line of outcroppings. Up and down and up and down. I think that might be the reason there are no photos. We were just too pooped. Found some interesting stuff. I guess I need to take photos of the finds as well, but my close-ups are the pits!
These outcoppings, there is one line-up after another of them, appear quite dark from the distance. In my mind, they were the color of basalt, but on close inspection, they were rather reddish-brown. This picture seems pretty true to the color.
